AP story tonight said that California authorities have ordered a man insurance back to the country to face charges that he walked naked Andrews and recorded by aiming his camera through peephole has changed in his hotel room door.

Male – Michael David Barrett, 47, of Westmont, Ill. – detained in jail over the weekend pending a judge’s decision Monday on whether he would go to Los Angeles as a federal prison or on bail, the story said.

Barrett makes initial appearance before a judge after being arrested Friday night by FBI agents at Chicago’s O’Hare airport, the story said. AP quotes the FBI affidavit says that Barrett requested and lived in a room near him at a Tennessee hotel unknown. Apparently recorded video seven, and eight might have been recorded at other hotels in Milwaukee, the story said.

AP quoted his lawyer, Rick Beuke, who says “he’s a regular guy as you’ll ever meet.” He also told AP that Barrett was divorced and had children. He worked in sales at an insurance company, Combined Insurance Company of America, the story said.

He faces charges of interstate stalking for allegedly recording Andrews in his hotel room when he was reporting for ESPN. and tried to sell the video to TMZ celebrity website – and posting them online, said the AP story. The maximum penalty? Five years in prison and a fine of $ 250,000, the story said.
